Weitere Informationen zum Diversitätsengagement von Enterprise
Earlier this year, Enterprise signed a partnership with myAbility.jobs, the largest platform for people with disabilities or chronic diseases in Germany, which enables us to share job opportunities with and tap into an even greater and more diverse pool of talent across the country. We have also been awarded Pride 500 certification by the UHLALA Group in recognition of our LGBTQ+ efforts in Germany. In addition, Enterprise was recently ranked 54th in the Financial Times (FT) second annual Diversity Leaders Report, a carefully researched list of the 850 most diverse businesses in Europe.
Globally, Enterprise’s newly launched ROAD Forward initiative highlights the company’s commitment to elevating its focus on diversity, equity and inclusion, with a five-year, $55 million pledge to organisations that advance social and racial equity in communities around the world.
